NSC Nurse Consultant Services LLC is a nurse consultant agency with a fresh prospective in the health care management needs for individual with intellectual needs.  We are base in Trumbull CT, but our business reaches far beyond, to other towns throughout state.  

NSC Nurse Consultant Services is own and managed by Nadean Cohen RN, BSN, MS.  With a team of registered nurses and allied health staff professionals, our team provides health care consultation and supports services in collaboration with individuals with intellectual needs,  through integration of the nursing process, which includes assessment, evaluation, and creating a plan of care that is person centered,  focused  in the promotion of their  health and safety.

NSC Nurse Consultants LLC provides skilled nurse care management to individuals with intellectual needs.  We provide nurse consultant service in various settings,  including Community Living Arrangements (CLA), Community Residential Supports (CRS),  Day Program Service (DSO), as well as,  In-home support (IHS) programs.  

Our dynamic team, includes nurses that have vast experience in care management which may include  mild to severe intellectual needs, Autism, mental illness, and other health co-morbidities.  We encourage our consultant team to receive continues training to ensure NSC Nurse Consultants Services either meet, or exceed regulations set for the by the Department of Development Service (DDS).
